Information we collect
When you call, text, email or book with us, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, the address where your session will take place, appointment details, and the messages you send us.
How we use it
We use your information only to schedule and confirm your sessions, send appointment reminders and updates, answer your questions, and run our practice. Calls and texts may be answered by Robotica Voice, our AI assistant, on behalf of Bri Gerber.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we will send you messages about your appointments, such as confirmations, reminders and replies to your questions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us deliver messages (such as our phone carrier).
Sharing
We never sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers we need to run our practice (for example, phone, calendar and email services), or when required by law.
Keeping and deleting your information
We keep your information only as long as we need it for your appointments and our records. To ask us to update or delete your information, contact us below.
